Yum

Nam had hand pulled noodle soup with beef brisket and I had a bowl filled with one single long noodle with a BBQ pork topping.

I am jealous of your culinary experiences. When I was in philly my Vietnamese friend took me to eat 'authentic' asian foods but I can't imagine it would compare to what you two are enjoying.

By the way I really enjoy following your trip this way. Very glad you decided to do this blog even if I had to play some catch up.
