This guy made our noodles right in front of us! Our friend's brother lives here in Beijing and recommended this place to us. It's really far outside the city center, but well worth the trip because the noodles are amazing! It's called 面酷 (mian ku) or 'the noodle loft' If you're ever in Beijing You must try these noodles!
